By stringing together a series of movements and completing them as a circuit, you can elevate your HR and keep it there throughout your workout. These circuits can be done on your rest days as a low impact steady state cardio option to increase blood flow, optimize recovery and get you ready for your next days workout. Start by incorporating mobility circuits in to your weekly routine 2x per week 💪
