We strive to be there for our clients in all aspects of their life. We build programs that encompass around work, exercise, family, and social schedules. Our specific plans are tailored to each individual based on their own wants, needs, and goals.

STACY G

MS, AHFS, CSCS

With over 20 years of experience in the field, Stacy has a Masters degree in Exercise and Health Studies from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) and a Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology from Wright State University. She has certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a strength and conditioning specialist, and from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as an advanced health and fitness specialist.  


Stacy and her husband Michael, reside in Anderson Township with their two daughters Kelsey and Abby. Family is important to Stacy, and staying healthy for them is a priority.  She understands how hard it is to be a mom, hold a job and find time to fit in a workout.  Her primary goal for her clients is to help them maintain balance in their lives, while staying in shape.  

Stacy specializes in Corrective Exercise for Pain/Injury Management. Muscular imbalances, postural misalignments and faulty joint mechanics all create stress on the body that can result in pain and possibly injury. Stacy helps her clients first identify the issue, understand the cause and personalize the solution.  Then, through various corrective exercise techniques, she teaches them how to restore their body to proper alignment to alleviate the pain and prevent injury. She has always been passionate about health and fitness. Her training method is built around the unique abilities and goals of each of her clients, with the aim of not only transforming bodies, but also enriching lifestyles.

LOUIE B

BS, CES, MES

A former all state athlete in football and basketball, Louie started his career in the early 1990's as a coach and personal trainer.  He received his Bachelor's in Psychology from Northern Kentucky University in 1995 and has earned certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a corrective exercise specialist and the American Academy of Health, Fitness and Rehabilitation Professionals as a post re-hab specialist. 

Louie and his wife Melissa live in Northern Kentucky. They got married June of 2015. They have two beautiful children, Lily and Micah. Louie understands the importance of health and family. Being a new dad at 46 and again at 47, he soon realized he needed to step up his game to continue to be active with his wife and young children. He wants to instill a healthy lifestyle of living and be a leader to his family. 

His expertise includes working with clients who find themselves sidelined by lower back pain, post-rehabilitation issues and joint dysfunction, as well as young athletes seeking to reach their personal bests.  He is passionate about health and fitness and believes it is a journey that takes time, dedication and patience.  His genuine desire to help others reach their fitness and life goals fuels his efforts to stay on top of the latest innovations and strategies so he can share with his clients on a regular basis. He believes that first and foremost, life is about balance. However, balance looks different to each individual according to his/her goals and each step of the progressive journey. In other words, establishing a balance while seeing results has different reasons depending on life!
